Optimizing order fulfillment for Decathlon Latvia

Our collaboration with Decathlon Latvia focused on optimizing and digitalizing their order fulfillment process, driving significant improvements in operational efficiency. Faced with increasing demand and operational challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, Decathlon Latvia sought an innovative solution to streamline their e-commerce platform’s order fulfillment system. Zen IS worked closely with their team to implement an advanced, customizable order picking module that automated, optimized, and centralized the entire order fulfillment process.

As Decathlon Latvia's online sales grew, especially during the pandemic and quarantine measures, their manual order fulfillment system began to show significant strain.
